Fully equipped studio, 75 minute sessional classes, maximum of 3 clients per class

Types of sessions:

Initial class: 60 minutes

This first session is where we discuss any pathologies, concerns and your personal fitness goals. Please bring along any MRI, X-ray results or letters from your GP. There are a number of assessments that we conduct depending on your concerns and based on our observations. These may include gait and balance assessments. Together we discuss what classes are appropriate for you.

Private class: 60 minutes

Generally conducted on a weekly basis. Learn the principles of Pilates and the fundamental skills required to not only perform the exercises with confidence but to learn to apply and integrate these principles into your daily life.

Private class (1:2): 60 minutes

Generally conducted on a weekly basis. Share the experience with a family member or friend. Learn the principles of Pilates and the fundamental skills required to not only perform the exercises with confidence but to learn to apply and integrate these principles into your daily life.

Sessional class (1:3): 75 minutes

Numerous classes run every week. No more than 3 clients per class. Individual tuition even with others in the class. Every individual is generally taught independently with their goals and movement abilities considered. It’s a great way to support and encourage each other.

Session times

Sessions run from Monday to Saturday at various times. Best to call to enquire and discuss what times and days suit best. We will try our best to accommodate where possible.
